Request Transcript Electronically Using Parchment

The link above provides you with the ability to conveniently request transcripts online. Transcripts sent electronically are securely delivered to the colleges, universities, or scholarships of your choice. A $4.50 service fee will apply for each electronic transcript request. A $6.50 fee will apply for transcripts mailed via U.S. postal service by Parchment.com.
 
Transcripts sent electronically may be tracked.
 

Request Transcript From Registrar

Current and former students may request two free official transcripts from your school registrar. A service fee of $2.00 (paid by cash or money order) for each additional transcript prepared by the registrar will apply. Transcripts prepared by the registrar will be mailed via the U.S. postal service to the colleges, universities, or scholarships of your choice.

 

Transcripts prepared by the registrar may not be tracked and the school cannot accept responsibility for documents sent by U.S. Mail.

 

To request an official transcript from your school registrar, complete the Transcript Request Form and return to your school registrar.

Adult School

Adult School transcripts, GED verifications, and graduation verifications should be requested through the Chaffey Adult School
