Principal's Message

Christina Martinez
Dear Students and Families,

We’ve missed you! Thank you for a great start to the 2023-2024 school year. Our staff and students are excited and ready to begin the year strong.

Tigers, making connections is critical to your success in high school. Get to know your teachers, join a club, try out for a sport, and take advantage of the many opportunities we have available at Chaffey High School.  Students who get involved are more successful in their classes, know where to go for help when they need it, and feel like school is a safe and supportive environment.

As part of our mission to ensure that ALL students graduate ready for college and career, CHS continues to offer extended learning opportunities. We have ROAR on Saturday, support and enrichment in the 3rd period Academy class, and credit recovery and enrichment classes during 0 and 8th period. Students can use Canvas to contact teachers and stay informed about progress in classes. Parents and guardians, please make sure that you download ParentSquare so that you can stay informed about all school events and opportunities.

Chaffey High School continues to strive for excellence in our programs and to provide our students with the best educational experience possible. The California Dashboard is our state’s school accountability system. The data we collect helps us identify our schoolwide areas of strength and growth. If you’d like, please visit this link for more information: CA Dashboard Information.

Lastly, I look forward to meeting with parents at our Coffee with the Principal meetings. Coffee with the Principal is my opportunity to share school news and to hear your feedback. The first Coffee with the Principal will be on Wednesday, September 6, from 10am-11am in the Chaffey Memorial Library.

I am looking forward to partnering with you to make this our best year ever! Follow me on Instagram @chsproudprincipal and on Twitter @ChaffeyHSTigers for all the latest news.

Go Tigers,
